Job Description: Resilience and Wellbeing Manager

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Resilience and Wellbeing Manager for immediate hiring in Cebu City.

Completion of Masters Degree (MA/MS) in Psychology or Guidance Counselling

Licensed Psychologist or Guidance Counselor (R.Psy/ R.GC)

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in hospitals/clinics

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement programs and initiatives to promote resilience and wellbeing among employees.

Conduct assessments and provide counseling services to employees addressing their emotional and psychological needs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver training programs on stress management mental health and worklife balance.

Establish and maintain relationships with external resources and service providers to support employee wellbeing.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and initiatives making recommendations for improvement.

Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on managing employee wellbeing and mental health in the workplace.

Stay updated on current research and trends in the field of resilience and wellbeing and apply relevant knowledge to enhance employee support services.

Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines related to employee wellbeing and confidentiality.

Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees seeking assistance or information on wellbeing resources and services.
