Tasks

We are seeking a detailoriented and versatile Finance Operations and Administrative Assistant. This role will play a crucial part in assisting both our leadership team and finance department ensuring smooth operations across various administrative and financial functions. Your daytoday tasks will include:

Finance Operations Support:

• Assist the Finance Operations Manager in creating monthly royalty statements
• Import and clean financial data
• Generate financial reports
• Provide customer support on financerelated inquiries

  Administrative Support:

  • Assist the Team Lead Operations and CEO with administrative tasks
  • Manage contractor payments and process invoices
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports
  • Organize and maintain document filing systems

    Accounting Assistance:

    • Help with accounting tasks and bookkeeping
    • Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies
    • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
      

      Requirements

      • 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
      • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
      • Proficiency in Office Software especially Excel or Google Sheets
      • Experience with financial software and databases
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
      • Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving
      • Full working proficiency in English

        Its a bonus if you have:

        • Knowledge of music industry royalties and licensing
        • Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero)
        • Familiarity with data visualization tools
        • Understanding of copyright administration in the digital media landscape
        • Full working proficiency in other languages especially German
        • Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking skills
