Job Description

Develop and deliver actionable insights integrating product, customer, and digital channels data, enabling stakeholders to have a deeper understanding of product trends and customer experiences.

Data Analytics and Modeling:

• Understand and translate business problems into data analytics/science initiatives, e.g., cohort studies, models, dashboards
• Generate relevant and actionable insights through identifying and performing various analytics and data modeling techniques.  Role will require extraction, exploration and manipulation of large and complex data sets from different platforms to support information gathering, and behavior clustering among others
• Maintains and tracks key performance indicators (KPI) for use in various dashboards

Stakeholder Enablement: 

• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders within and beyond the Product Engineering & Digital Growth group
• Guide stakeholders in understanding, interpreting and analyzing data and reports for alignment 
• Ensure knowledge documentation and sharing to sustain an insights-based culture

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have

•  At least 5+ years of experience in an analytics &/or data science function,  doing exploratory data analysis, trending and insighting for business   
• Proficiency in R/Python programming for analytics (matplotlib, pandas etc.) and SQL 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science (or comparable fields)

Nice to Have

• Knowledge in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive &/or prescriptive analytics
• Knowledge in cloud platforms such as Snowflake, BQ
• Knowledge in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio
