Employee Experience Officer – San
Job Description
The Employee Experience Officer will play a crucial role in crafting programs to ensure the happiness and engagement of all employees. He/she will conceptualize, implement, and oversee a variety of employee engagement programs to boost employee satisfaction to minimize attrition rate. His/her primary responsibility will be to create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and well-being.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
– Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Psychology, and/or Human Resource Management
– Preferably 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– Amenable to work in San Juan City
– Work Schedule: Mondays -Fridays | 8:00AM – 5:00PM or 7:00AM – 4:00PM | Weekends Off
– Salary Range: ₱ 25,000 – ₱ 28,000
