Our client is a Swiss-Indian agriculture technology company, operating a B2B e-commerce platform connecting retailers and buyers with global farmers and sellers across multiple countries. With operations since 2020 in India, Switzerland, China, Dubai, Turkey, and the Philippines.

We are looking for a skilled finance professional with expertise in agri-trade to join our team. The role will involve overseeing financial operations, partnering with business operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Monitor budget performance, identify areas for improvement
• Develop financial policies, controls, and ensure compliance
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial health
• Identify and assess financial risks

Qualifications:

• CPE qualification
• 3-4 years experience in similar roles
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting ERPs

Reporting to: Head of Finance in India

Location: Panabo City, Philippines

Timing: Monday to Friday
