Qualifications:

• College Graduate.
• With 5 years of work experience in property management, materials management, and documentation, 2 years in managerial capacity.
• Willing to start ASAP.
• Willing to work at San Pedro, Laguna.

• Management of Records Control and Documentation
• Management of General Services Transactions and Projects
• Strategic Management
• Engineering Services (facility construction, improvements, repairs, and maintenance)
• Corporate Planning and Deliverables Monitoring
• Business Process Improvements and Documentation
• Personnel Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
