An established Financial Institution in Ortigas Pasig is urgently looking for a Legal Manager. Part of the role is to act as primary contact point of the company for all legal and regulatory matters. Provide legal advice to business and its leaders. Draft and review various kind of contracts including aligning translation between English and Tagalog establish contract storage and management system.

Qualifications:

• 4 years solid experience in international law firm and/or reputable LC/FC.
• Experienced in litigations and dispute resolutions
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Tagalog and English. Knowledge of written and spoken Chinese is a major advantage.
• Must have good interpersonal skills Must have good legal research skills With good negotiation skills
• Must have strong leadership / Managerial Skills
• Above Average oral and written communication skills excellent problemsolving skills
• Trustworthy and can maintain confidentiality
