Job Description:

Design Creation: Design intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate and test design concepts.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Feedback Integration: Collect and interpret feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to continuously refine designs.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Documentation: Prepare detailed UI specifications and design documentation for developers.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that the visual design communicates the desired message while staying on-brand.

Requirement:

Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Must have proficiency in Figma for wireframing, design, and prototyping.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
Demonstrated experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willing to work onsite, 6 days a week, shifting schedule and holidays.
