Sr. Brand Supervisor

Job Description:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for special projects, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives
Manage all aspects of e-commerce platform initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and content creation
Plan and execute engaging online and offline events, including managing logistics, vendor relationships, and participant engagement
Oversee live streaming initiatives, from concept development to execution and post-event analysis
Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, sales) to ensure seamless project execution
Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Generate reports and present findings to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a relevant field
Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful brand campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., e-commerce, events, live streaming).
Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices in the digital landscape.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
Superior communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing campaign performance metrics.
Salary: 50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
