Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive BI Strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualization to support business decision-making.
Team Management: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continues improvement with the BI team.
BI Tools and Technologies: Evaluate, select, and implement BI Tools and Technologies to enhance analytical capabilities. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of BI innovation.
Data Quality Management: Establish and enforce data quality standards and processes.
Data Analysis Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data analysis strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement in BI operations.
Data Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive business data. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management or related role.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products.
Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Agile Development methodologies is a plus.
Knowledgeable in I-Gaming is preferred.
