Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write clear job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
• Source potential candidates from job sites, social media, and referrals.
• Review resumes to assess candidate qualifications.
• Conduct phone or video interviews to evaluate suitability.
• Negotiate salary and benefits with chosen candidates.
• Assist new hires in acclimating to the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 1 year in recruitment

Willingness to travel: 25%
