JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Your Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist would be:
General Administrative Duties. Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department s activities
Content Creation. Monitor write and edit content for different channels such as social media posts (Facebook and Instagram) blog posts web pages press releases articles for industry publications and more
Podcast scheduling editing and posting
Scheduling of photography website updates data mining and email sequencing
OTT and SEO for marketing
Utilize ChatGPT to streamline & amplify content creation
Google Analytics & Google Ads. Monitor and optimize our ongoing Google Ads campaigns
Provide weekly Google Analytics reports analyzing website traffic/visitor trends & providing recommendations for optimization
Event Research Management & Support. Assist in the organization and promotion of company events including conferences tradeshows webinars and more
Creation & publication of multichannel content to promote company events
Maintain email database in ActiveCampaign segment contacts based on demographic information and write/design targeted emails as part of marketing campaigns
Assist in increasing quantity & quality of email database contacts
Sales Collateral. Write copy & create outlines for a variety of digital & printed sales collateral including flyers brochures postcards catalogs etc.
Assist in applying to selected awards & research new awards to apply to
Social Media
Create & publish social media content across Instagram and Facebook
Research & identify methods of optimizing & amplifying client s social media presence on new & existing platforms
Lead Generation & Market Research. Conduct ongoing market research to strategically position client s services and increase lead generation
Identify sales & partnership opportunities

Qualifications as a Digital Marketing Specialist:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Advertising or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience and track record in sales or similar industry is strongly preferred.
Experience creating & repurposing multichannel content
Experience in SEO OTT Data Mining and email sequencing
Experience in podcast scheduling editing and posting
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Ability to multitask prioritize and adhere to deadlines
Proficient knowledge of market research techniques & databases
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Proficient knowledge of email marketing software (ActiveCampaign Mailchimp Constant Contact etc.) strategy and principles
Proficient knowledge of CRM tools SEO
Experience working in CMS systems (Squarespace WordPress etc.)
Proficient knowledge of social media management
