DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports directly to the Franchise and Business Development Manager.
• Identifies and sources prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and adherence to the sales process.
• Handles business development functions including store network expansion.
• Assists new franchisees to become operationally proficient.
• Provides training and development to in-store staff on various aspects of the business.
• Explores opportunities for international and local expansion.
• Assists franchisees in formulating marketing strategies to grow their business.
• Manages multiple store units in assigned territories with a background in food service business.
• Conducts post store opening functions, business analytics, and regular meetings.
• Handles customer feedback and resolution in the assigned stores.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related business management course.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fieldwork requiring a motorcycle and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to do fieldwork in CENTRAL LUZON.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
