-Mechanical Technology Graduate or at least equivalent two-year course in TESDA.
-Excellent coordination, mechanical skills and measuring.
-Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety.
-Basic Lathe Machine Operation.
-Willing to learn more and easy to learn.

-Operate and maintain industrial machines.
-Produce precision tools.
-Ensure that all operations adhere to safety protocols.
