- Prepares food for back-up.
- Cooks the food according to approved recipes and procedures.
- Complies with Food Safety and Sanitation Standards.
- Conducts inventory.
- Ensures enough par stock level.
- Prepares requisition for items with low par stock level.
- Accepts/rejects deliveries.
- Carries out plating and garnishing before food is dispatched.
- Ensures kitchen wares and tools are clean before and after use.
