Position: Brand and Product Manager
Office Location: Makati City
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement brand strategies and initiatives that will lead to growth.
- Develop marketing programs that are aligned with the overall business direction.
- Conduct consumer immersion and other relevant insight exercises.
- Monitor business performance and come up with strategies to improve brand preference.
- Endtoend project management of assigned brand which involves identifying opportunities campaign planning and execution and postevaluation.
- Communicate with various teams such as Marketing Services and Trade Market on new product launches.
- Prepare marketing forecast based on calendar.
- Work with suppliers and creative agencies for the briefs and execution.
- Monitor the pricing and performance of competitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
- Must have at least 10 years of brand/product marketing experience in the FMCG/Food industry (3 years as a Manager).
- Must have a good background in product launches.
