• Performs receiving of delivery receipts and invoices from Admin Department, encoding of data and forwarding necessary information and/or requests to person/s concerned.
o Performs sending of purchase order and receiving and encoding of documents to and from suppliers.
• Updates database information after delivery completion.
• Forwards documents to necessary person/s involved after recording.
• Answers phone calls in a polite and courteous manner.
• Promptly replies to emails with the correct information needed.
o Records all returned cartridges for repair and replacement and empty toner cartridges collected.
o Forwards cartridges for repair and replacement to Production Department.
• Ensures cartridges are returned the same day (replacements) or the next day (repaired).
o Inquires availability of products, faxes purchase orders.
o Requests and schedules deliveries and pick-ups to couriers.
Qualification
o Bachelor’s/College Degree
o Minimum of 1 Year
• Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills.
O Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered.
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
Salary: 16,823.75-17,000
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday (8:00 am-5:00 pm)
Work Set-Up: Office Work
Gender: Male/Female
Salary: 16.823,00 ₱ Monthly
