QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology Nutrition Hotel & Restaurant Management or other related program
  • Certified Bread and Pastry Chef
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience and expertise in bread and pastry preferably in Philippine market
  • Experience in creating training materials and conducting trainings / demos
  • Experience in ideation of recipes / product development bakery management and operations
  • Strong analytical project management and communication skills
  • Able to work in collaboration with different teams

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create recipes and manage the recipe library of the company
    • Oversee the daily operations of the Department including maintenance of equipment
    • Provides technical expertise in terms of the application of products setting up of working / demo area baked goods and product displays
    • Trains Chefs for demos and provides proper orientation to new hires
    • Manage the Department’s budget and monitor the expenses
    • Coordinate with various teams such as Sales and Marketing Research and Development Quality Assurance Purchasing and Logistics
