QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology Nutrition Hotel & Restaurant Management or other related program
- Certified Bread and Pastry Chef
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience and expertise in bread and pastry preferably in Philippine market
- Experience in creating training materials and conducting trainings / demos
- Experience in ideation of recipes / product development bakery management and operations
- Strong analytical project management and communication skills
- Able to work in collaboration with different teams
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create recipes and manage the recipe library of the company
- Oversee the daily operations of the Department including maintenance of equipment
- Provides technical expertise in terms of the application of products setting up of working / demo area baked goods and product displays
- Trains Chefs for demos and provides proper orientation to new hires
- Manage the Department’s budget and monitor the expenses
- Coordinate with various teams such as Sales and Marketing Research and Development Quality Assurance Purchasing and Logistics
