Responsibilities

Conduct daily outreach to potential participants via social media platforms particularly Instagram and LinkedIn Grow and maintain an email newsletter list targeting 100 new contacts monthly Craft and send personalized messages to 2025 artists weekly providing brief feedback on their recent releases Manage social media accounts with daily updates to maintain a consistent online presence Assist in organizing and promoting monthly songwriting camp events Research and compile contact information for potential event participants Handle general administrative tasks related to event planning and execution

Requirements

Genuine passion for music and understanding of the music industry landscape Proven experience with social media management particularly Instagram and LinkedIn Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in email marketing and listbuilding techniques Selfmotivated with excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently Basic understanding of music production and songwriting processes (preferred) Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fastpaced creative environment
