As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers using software, hardware, or computer systems. Your tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, documenting problems and solutions, and escalating complex issues.
You will serve as the initial point of contact for customers needing technical help, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in technical support and a solid grasp of computer systems and software are preferred.
