We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor preferably with overseas experience specializing in highrise residential and hotel projects. As a Senior QS you will be responsible for cost management estimating and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively within the project teams.

Key Qualifications:

• Oversee pre and postconstruction stages of highrise residential and hotel projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates budgets and financial reports.
• Manage contracts negotiations and change orders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven 10 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Familiarity with USA remote work practices and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Must be proficient in Planswift Bluebeam or other Estimating software.
