QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant / Certified Internal Auditor
• With at least 35 years of relevant work experience in inventory control management fixed asset audit accounting and finance
• Advanced computer skills
• Knowledge on SAPFICO MM module operation
• Willing to work during holidays and weekends when needed
• Willing to render overtime when necessary

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain inventory items and perform inventory analysis.
  • Monitor slow moving expiring or expired inventory.
  • Analyze data and statistics to make process improvements.
  • Track the inventory characteristics types and movements through software.
  • Audit processes and inventory to track performance.
  • Strategize to reduce cost and optimize control procedures.
  • Report findings reports and data to the management.
  • Perform analysis to predict potential inventory issues.
  • Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
  • Strategize inventory volumes.
  • Track stock levels responding to demand and identifying ways to make sure the right items are available.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations stock levels and adjustments.
  • Perform reconciliation on inventory reports and counts draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Maintain record and monitor company’s fixed asset.
  • Do fixed asset count perform reconciliation and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Coordinate inventory matters with internal departments.
  • Handle general accounting functions.
