General Objectives of the Job

This role is responsible for the development and improvement of products for ENDURA CONSTRUCTION.

Field of Responsibilities:

• Lead the activities of the group related to product performance evaluation, product applications and product development.
• Develop formulations of existing and new materials across industries.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports of developed product aligned with the Company business plan.
• Provide technical support to Sales & Marketing relating to product performance and applications. Prepare presentation materials to aid product promotion
• Conduct quarterly in-house product presentation regarding new product and new application of existing raw materials
• Coordinate and liaise with 3rd party laboratories to perform product performance evaluations
• Prepare benchmark evaluation/reports related to feasibility evaluation of projects
• Suggest ways to improve the over-all wellness and safety of the laboratory.
• Develop application test procedures in coordination with the synthesis Group.
• Write technical reports to summarize experiments.
• Acquire and justify new laboratory equipment to aid development works.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree Graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science and other science related courses
• Preferably with at least 1 year relevant work experience in Construction Chemical Industries
• With positive attitude and willing to work beyond the normal working hours
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications and Computer Literate
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Bagumbayan, Calle Industria, Quezon City
