Our client, Viventis, is looking for a skilled Area Manager to oversee operations in Pampanga. Responsibilities include managing branches, driving sales, and leading a team of 15.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage branch operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop sales strategies and revenue growth plans.
• Lead and mentor a team, conduct performance evaluations.
• Analyze sales data, recommend improvements.
• Collaborate on business plans with the General Manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Sales and business development experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and data analysis proficiency.
• North Luzon familiarity preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Experience: 4 years in Retail and Area Management, 3 years in People Management
