Leong Hup (Philippines), Incorporated, a leading company in the agriculture industry, is seeking a skilled Quality Control (Chemist) to join our team in Tarlac, Central Luzon. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety, contributing to the company’s success.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to identify and address any quality issues
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to investigate and resolve quality-related problems
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all quality control activities and findings
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by superior that are within the scope of responsibility.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry; preferable with a license
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using laboratory equipment and procedures
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
• Willing to be assigned to Baras Baras Tarlac
