Job Description
The Hotel Commis 1 Chef is an entry-level position in the kitchen, responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior chefs. This position requires a passion for cooking, willingness to learn, and attention to detail. The Commis 1 Chef must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow all health and safety regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of food according to recipes and standards set by senior chefs.
Measure and assemble ingredients and prepare basic components of dishes
Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Operate Kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

Perform other duties as assigned by senior chefs
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years working experience and/or specialized trainings and seminars attended.
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and should possess and display high levels of energy since the job demands it.
A detail oriented person
With high levels of integrity and should be patient and have high tolerance
Ability to work as a team player within all levels of the organization.
Salary: 645,00 ₱ Daily
