Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding calls to welcome new clients and set them up for success
• Provide exceptional support and training to clients ensuring they understand and can utilize our services effectively
• Customize workflows to optimize client efficiency and satisfaction
• Set up and manage Mailgun and Twilio configurations for clients
• Handle minor API and webhooks tasks using Zapier
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve client issues promptly
• Maintain a proactive approach to problemsolving with a keen eye for detail
  

  Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in handling onboarding calls and delivering highquality support and training to clients
  • Strong expertise in workflow customization for improved efficiency
  • Familiarity with Mailgun and Twilio setup and management
    
  • Experience with Zapier including minor API and webhooks tasks
    
  • Proactive problemsolver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for client satisfaction
