About the role
An exciting opportunity Data Analytics and Reports Analyst to join the dynamic team at White & Case Global Operations Center Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing valuable data-driven insights, deliver analysis through data gathering, preparation, exploratory analysis, enrichment, and visualization, to support the Firm’s strategic decision-making.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Collect, analyse and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights effectively
• Partner with stakeholders and/or internal clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality business intelligence analyses
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and ensure timely delivery of information
• Continuously explore new data sources and analytical techniques to enhance the decision-making capabilities of the organisation
• Provide recommendations and actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions

What we’re looking for

• Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
• Demonstrable skills for querying, manipulating, and exploring large datasets, and a familiarity with basic data modeling concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive and adaptable, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends and technologies
