Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and interpret customer needs, requirements, and medical records
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries
• Inform patients of the result of validation of claims

Needed Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• College graduate in nursing with a Public Health Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
• Two years of clinical experience
