NONNEGOTIABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management Organizational Psychology or equivalent
- At least 5 years of work experience as an HR Manager specializing in Employee Relations
- Handson experience with Human Resources Management Software
- Solid understanding of labour legislation
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage human resources policies and programs through the HR Advisors.
- Render high quality and proactive service to both internal and external customers meeting both corporate and statutory requirements.
- Provide advice and guidance to the management team on best practice in human resources management and compliance with labor laws internal security and audit procedures.
- Work closely with the operations and functional Leaders to implement performance driven systems that encourages individual ownership of results and employee development.
- Partners with the HR Onboarding Team and leads the HR Advisors in assimilating new hires to the company through effective implementation of New Employee Orientation conducting Focus Group Discussions with new team members and ensuring feedback is given to concerned functional leaders. Follows up and ensure closure of new hire concerns.
- Implement appropriate actions to raise employee satisfaction levels and ensure regular twoway feedback is undertaken with employees.
- Review and manage attendance and attrition trends at the site level with remedial actions taken where necessary. Helps to achieve accurate forecasting of turnover and in finding means to retain agents forecasted to leave the company.
