Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Bookkeeping of payables, petty cash, operational expenses, fixed assets, VAT, Withholding Tax, among others
-Verify the accuracy of invoices and accounting documents/records
-Update, maintain and reconcile accounting journals
-Filing of BIR reports and payments such as VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, etc.
-Strong familiarity with computers is a MUST to be able to enter data into SEC and BIR online filings, SAP Business One, Crystal Reports, Excel and Google Sheets
-Compile data and prepare reports

Qualifications:
-Male or Female
-With at least 5 years work experience in an Accounting Role
-Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, Computer, Business or Accounting
-In-depth understanding of Accounting and Bookkeeping concepts (Ex: Profit and Loss Statement, Disbursements, Chart of Accounts, etc)
-Must be organized, meticulous and hardworking
-Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
-Fully Vaccinated and in good physical health
