Job Description

Position: Inventory Auditor

Reports To: The Auditor will report to the Team Leader.

Job Overview:

• Conduct inventory audit services for clients.
• Perform physical inventory at various locations.
• Conduct authorized operational audit affairs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Obtain necessary documents for inventory procedures.
• Synchronize Handy Terminal (HT) with the audit system.
• Ensure compliance with inventory counting procedures.
• Prepare and complete all necessary documents related to inventory counting.
• Reconcile documents to determine inventory balance.
• Conduct recounts of items with variances and resolve with store manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Willingness to work on holidays and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
