Permanent Work-from-home/Full-time
We’re looking for experienced outbound customer support representatives at VirtualStaff.ph. Responsibilities include making client calls, managing receivables, and handling client inquiries. Collections and credit experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Make daily client calls
- Reduce aged receivables
- Address pricing and claims issues
- Generate reports
- Assist team members
- Determine uncollectible accounts
- Respond to calls and emails
- Process payments
Requirements:

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8pm-5am (PH Time)
