Job Description
Job Qualification:
• Must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or management courses
• With at least 3 years of Compensation and Benefits/ HR Generalist
• Knowledgeable in timekeeping, performance evaluation, policy making, and benefits, and Gov’t mandated benefits.
• Hospital experience is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and organized
Regular duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for computation of employee payroll, administration of government mandated, and company sponsored benefits, including incentives, loans, and allowances, and updating employee records.
• Regularization contracts
• Process the filing of employees’ maternity, sickness, and other benefits with SSS, and ensure complete requirements and documents are submitted.
• Collaborate with department managers/ supervisors to ensure timely communication, execution, and completion of the performance evaluations.
• Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
• Resolves conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims.
• Answers employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.
