- Take inbound customer calls to provide technical support for end users through active listening and effective troubleshooting.
- Proactively keep up to date on new procedures and escalate specific issues when necessary.
- Transfer calls to other departments and provide detailed information to Managers and Customers.
Qualifications:
- Open for College graduates or minimum 6 months’ BPO industry experience.
- Onsite work in BGC, Taguig. Immediate start required.

Pay: From Php22,00.00 per month
