Human Resource Head
Job Description
Oversees various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The HR Manager ensures a positive work environment, drives high performance through effective management practices, and fosters continuous improvement within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
-Guide the HR team in forecasting and fulfilling workforce requirements.
-Design and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees.
-Manage performance evaluation systems to encourage high performance.
-Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
-Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
-Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
-Manage office facilities, supplies, and administrative services.
-Develop and implement policies to mitigate organizational risks.
-Lead and mentor the HR and Administrative team.
Qualification:
-Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
-with 5 years of progressive HR experience
-Proven leadership role within HR and administration
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software
-Knowledgeable of employment laws and regulations
-Amenable to work in Mandurriao, Iloilo
