Job Description

Regular Tasks:
  • Participates in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers
  • Follow up with event attendees to generate and qualify leads; follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Engage customers and identify opportunities for a Strategic Accounts Manager and be able to set appointments; distinguish opportunities and leads for endorsement to relevant Partner Reseller/Sales.
  • Utilize resources to contact customers and assess their interest in different products and solutions offered by the company; understand each individual requirement and make product/solutions recommendation based on an identified requirement.
  • Monitor and update regularly a database of customers, logs actions taken and the outcome of each interaction
  • Periodically check customers’ feedback and ensure customer satisfaction; creates opportunity for retention/renewal, upgrade or upsell of products and solutions
  • Collaborate with relevant/related departments to identify and continuously improve selling methods and shorten selling cycles
  • Uphold standards of integrity and accountability, self-motivation, time management and productivity
Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Bachelor of Science in Electronics Communication Engineering, Information Technology or Business Administration
  • Highly personable, confident, aggressive, sales driven and customer oriented.
  • Should possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts, highly organized and able to coordinate well with the team members.
  • Preferably with at least six (6) months to one (1) year experience in Telco & IT Sales.
