- Prepare documents for various applications with government institutions (Registrations)
- Follow up on progress, take meeting minutes
- Collect and follow up on invoices and official receipts, including verification of document validity
- Schedule arrangements for the management team (hotel/car reservations, meeting appointments)
- Document control; maintain file records; update file database (electronic & physical)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Keen attention to details
- Minimum 2 years experience as Admin/HR/Accounting Assistant
- Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently
- Willingness to work on-site in Makati
