So what does a WFH recruiter do? You will serve as a recruitment partner for managers located in Hawaii to find and hire administrative and clinical team members to support high quality patient care across 12 dental offices.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to cold calling, screening, scheduling interviews, making job offers, conducting new hire check-ins, and updating databases.

Requirements

• Preferably, three years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and database management skills
• Customer service orientation
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
