DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Intake or attending to employee questions
• Processing incoming mails and documents
• Maintaining HR files and databases
• Assisting in HR policies implementation
• Participating in recruitment efforts
• Conducting employee orientation and training
• Recommend strategies to motivate employees
