Under the supervision of the Line Leader, this role manages inventory, coordinates deliveries, and enhances business process efficiency, focusing on the supply delivery.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor inventory levels and assess supply vendors.
- Contact vendors, place orders, verify supplies, and manage requisitions.
- Collaborate with team to reduce costs and prevent delays.
- Monitor project delivery timelines and ensure compliance with regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- 1 year experience in back-office roles related to procurement.
- Experience in voice-based customer support.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong communication skills.
