Job Description
Corporate Sales Manager
Responsible for guiding and supervising sales operations to ensure profit growth and realization of sales targets. He/she must be able to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree
● At least 3 years of Sales Experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage organizational sales strategies covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Achieve planned sales goals and set individual sales targets for the team.
• Monitor sales targets, reporting results to business unit leaders.
• Supervise and evaluate sales team performance.
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation efforts.
• Promote organizational products and understand customer needs.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and events.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisors in pursuing deals.
• Recruit and train staff to enhance sales performance.
Work Location: E. Rodriguez Cubao
Salary Range: 45k to 60k plus Benefits
Salary: 60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
