Legal and Compliance Governance Director

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership.
• 10+ years’ experience in legal and compliance.
• Proven track record in compliance program development.
• Strong corporate law and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Independent and collaborative in fast-paced environments.
• High ethical standards.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs for regulations.
• Conduct audits and ensure timely regulatory filings.
• Establish and enforce company policies for legal compliance.
• Train employees on compliance and ethical standards.
• Assess and mitigate legal and compliance risks.
• Provide legal advice and monitor regulatory developments.
• Oversee internal investigations and report findings.
• Promote integrity and ethical behavior company-wide.

Work Location: Salcedo Village, Makati
Salary Range: 125k to 160k + Benefits
