Legal Manager

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 5+ years in corporate law.
• Expertise in corporate, contract, employment, IP, and regulatory law.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Sound judgment and decision-making.
• Proficient in legal research and drafting.
• Familiarity with industry-specific legal areas.
• Knowledge of legal tech tools.

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal counsel on various issues: contracts, employment, IP, compliance, and governance.
• Oversee contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiation, and compliance.
• Monitor legal changes and develop compliance programs.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Manage disputes and litigation and negotiate settlements.
• Ensure corporate governance compliance and prepare documents.
• Conduct employee training on legal matters and compliance.
• Build relationships with external counsel and represent the company in legal matters
