Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office tasks and administrative duties.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records accurately.
  • Update internal databases and manage systems.
  • Record minutes for meetings and discussions.
  • Develop content strategies for social media.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots for engagement programs.
  • Create engaging visual designs and videos.
  • Implement employee engagement programs aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Perform assigned tasks from management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office administration and support.
  • Proficiency in databases and management systems.
  • Social media content creation and strategy skills.
  • Experience in coordinating photo and video shoots.
  • Ability in designing engaging visuals and videos.
  • Experience in executing employee engagement and wellness programs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
