Responsibilities:

*Knowlege in Listing & analyze the customer details

Product Management:
Upload new products to the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and specifications.
Monitor product listings for accuracy, relevance, and availability, and update as necessary.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain product information and images.

Order Processing and Fulfillment:
Process incoming orders promptly and accurately.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and product availability.

Customer Support:
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone.
Assist customers with order-related issues, returns, and exchanges.
Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status and updates.

Website Maintenance:
Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the e-commerce website, including content updates, price adjustments, and promotional campaigns.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the website is functioning properly across various devices and browsers.
Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Generate reports on e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the e-commerce experience and drive sales.

Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
