Job Description

Receiving/Dispatch Staff is responsible for actual receiving and dispatch or delivery of items/products to maintain correct inventory while ensuring safe and accurate transfer of items/products to the proper department.

Role Accountability:

• Correct count and description of merchandise being received and delivered based on delivery receipt, receiving report, and purchase order.
• Safe handling of items while being transferred from one place to another.
• Ensure all transactions are well coordinated with concerned unit/s.

Job Specification:

• Educational Attainment: Preferably, but not necessary, a graduate of secondary education or vocational course.
• Work Experience: At least 6 months of related work experience.
