Your role:
- Provide customer service for collection issues
- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts to reduce delinquency
- Track clients’ payments and prepare statements
- Manage customer accounts promptly
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients
About you:
- High School/ALS graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Good communication skills
- Office-based work in Metro Manila, Rizal, or Cavite
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
