Job Description

Responsible for canvassing prices from different suppliers, You receive Purchase Requests (PR), generate Purchase orders (P.O.), send the orders to suppliers and service providers, and ensure that material and services are delivered on time.

What you’re expected to do:

• Processing of Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) within 3 days for repeat orders and 5 days for new items.
• Establish Purchase Request or Purchase Order monitoring (Open/Closed) for reference and submit an accurate and complete report every week.
• Provide a monthly, detailed, accurate, and complete report of Purchase Request and Purchase Order.
• Build up a long-term relationship with suppliers.
• Establish a list of accredited suppliers with specific commodities by submitting a complete list of accredited suppliers together with specific commodities by the end of 3rd quarter.
• Update the price based on the best market value at the end of the quarter.
• Provide a systematized cost-saving report every quarter of the year.
• Document and organize Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders files per concept/entity, served and unserved in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.
