Supports company operations by maintaining office systems. Maintains office services by organizing office operations, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, preparing supply requisitions, and undertaking clerical functions. Keeps management informed by preparing special reports and summarizing information. Achieves financial objectives by preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, managing payables.
